Building credibility with creators to launch a new line

Challenge

As a category leader in the lip care space, Burt’s Bees came to us with the challenge of helping to establish the brand as a trusted authority in skin care. We helped launch the Sensitive Line to a younger skewing audience with an objective of driving awareness and consideration.

Approach

We launched an influencer campaign on TikTok and Instagram to introduce the 3 step regimen for sensitive skin. By educating the mega creators’ large audiences on the Sensitive products and their benefits, we knew their engaged fan bases would be eager to try the product line! From there, we amplified the content with paid media to expand reach and maximize impact even further.
