Project Summary

As a leader in lip care, Burt’s Bees came to us with a new challenge: build credibility in skin care. To do it, we helped launch the Sensitive Line with a campaign designed to drive awareness and consideration among a younger audience.

We activated top creators on TikTok and Instagram to introduce the 3-step sensitive skin regimen. Their highly engaged audiences got an educational — and relatable — look at the product benefits, sparking instant interest. Then we boosted the content with paid media to scale reach and maximize impact.
